Ryan is currently serving his first term as President.
He has also served as the Club's Sergeant at Arms. In addition to
Club activities, Ryan was a member of the former Ehrlich Administration
and is currently an alternate to the Baltimore County Republican
Central Committee. Ryan has been recognized for his dedication to
local efforts as a Volunteer of the Year winner. His past campaign
involvement includes managing the Craig Borne for Senate Campaign,
Governor Ehrlich's re-election, and Andy Harris for Congress.
Kathi has been an invaluable member of the Club.
She is currently the chair of the membership committee and has consistently
volunteered for all Republican activities. She was an active volunteer
for Governor Ehrlich and for Andy Harris for Congress. Her dedication
has been a tremendous asset to the Club.
David is a lifelong resident of northeastern Baltimore
County. He has been active in the community for more than 15 years,
during which time he worked to preserve the historic Perry Hall
Mansion, create the Perry Hall concert series, and get the county
to construct the new Perry Hall library. He has served as President
of the Northeast Area Educational Advisory Council and as Vice-Chairman
of the Baltimore County Historical Trust. He is a three-term member
of the Baltimore County Republican Central Committee and a former
two-term President of what is now the Republican Club of Northeast
Baltimore County.
Richard is the newest member to serve on the Club's
Board of Directors and is also a Co-Chair of the RCNEBC Chicken
Dinner. He has worked in local and state politics since the age
of eighteen. He currently works in the Maryland General Assembly,
serving as the Legislative Director for Delegate J.B. Jennings and
as the Legislative Secretary to the Harford County Delegation. Richard
is also an appointed member of the Baltimore County Central Committee.
Craig Borne has been a member of the RCNEBC since
2003. In 2006, Craig was elected as the Republican nominee for the
State Senate in the 8th District. Craig is a practicing attorney
and lives in Perry Hall with his wife Jean and two children, Jessica
and Christopher.
David has been an active member of the Club since
joining in 2002. David has been recognized many times for his volunteerism
with GOP efforts. He has served as Treasurer, Vice President, and
President of the Club. He also spearheaded Governor Ehrlich's re-election
campaign in the 7th Legislative District, worked as Wayne Skinner's
Treasurer in 2006, and volunteered for Andy Harris' congressional
campaign.
